About Me

Matteo M. Pisati, Ph.D., is the founder of AlgoEagle, a Swiss firm specializing in algorithmic trading and investing. Over the last ten years, Matteo worked with several institutional investors as an employee or external consultant in developing investment and algo-trading strategies. Matteo has taught inside and outside universities for five years in various courses ranging from Advanced Derivatives to Theory of Finance.  His academic research focuses on predictive models and the study of the economic rationales underpinning predictability. Matteo codes daily in Python, C++, and Matlab.

About Me

Federico Maria Scafoglieri is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering (DIAG) at Sapienza University Rome. He was researcher at IBM Research Almaden.

He received  a Ph.D. and a Master degree in computer engineering from Sapienza University. His research interests include Artifical Intelligence, and Knowledge representation.

About Me

Nicola holds a Bachelor’s in business administration and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management. After several years in the SCM and logistics, he attended Bootcamps in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Nicola is passionate about IT and codes, with proficiency in Python and C++. Furthermore, Nicola speaks fluently in 4 languages: Italian, French, German, and English.
